Notting Hill Carnival Competition 2026

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), Bel Jou Hotel, Sackville Travel, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 7-night all-inclusive holiday to Saint Lucia for two adults, comprising:

• Return economy flights from London to Saint Lucia
• Seven (7) nights’ all-inclusive accommodation at Bel Jou Hotel.
• Return airport transfers in Saint Lucia

The prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

4. Travel Period

Travel must take place during one of the following periods:

• 1 October – 31 October 2026, or
• 1 May – 31 October 2027

All travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

6. Entry Requirements

Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entrants must provide accurate personal details, including their legal name and a valid email address. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities will be disqualified.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided upon entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not accept the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Booking the Prize

All travel arrangements must be made through the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority in conjunction with Sackville Travel.

The winner must contact sltainfo@stluciauk.org within the timeframe advised to arrange travel.

9. Prize Conditions

The prize:

• Is valid for two adults travelling together.
• Must be redeemed as one single trip.
• Is non-transferable.
• Is non-refundable.
• Has no cash alternative.
• Cannot be exchanged for another prize or combined with any other promotion.

10. Exclusions

The prize does not include:

• Travel to and from the departure airport in the UK.
• Travel insurance.
• Passport or visa costs.
• Personal expenses.
• Optional excursions.
• Any items not expressly stated as part of the prize.

11. Travel Documentation

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold:

• A valid passport with at least six months’ validity at the time of travel.
• Any required visas or travel documentation.
• Appropriate travel insurance.

Failure to meet entry or immigration requirements is the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name, photographs and/or video content by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Bel Jou Hotel and Sackville Travel for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

13. Liability

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Bel Jou Hotel and Sackville Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Cancellation or Amendment

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. General

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the competition is final.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
