Arsenal Football Club & Saint Lucia Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences, Arsenal Football Club, and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.

2. The competition will run from 20th August to 15th December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete and submit the online entry form available at https://stlucia.org/en_uk/arsenal-partnership-competition/ during the Promotion Period.

4. The Prize: One winner will receive a holiday to Saint Lucia for themselves and one guest, which includes:

• Return economy flights from London to Saint Lucia on British Airways

• Seven (7) nights’ accommodation at Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences on an all-inclusive basis

• Return on-island airport transfers

• An Island Tour

• 2 x hospitality box tickets to an Arsenal Men’s First Team fixture at Emirates Stadium in the 26/27 season

• 2 x Arsenal Shirts

5. The prize must be redeemed in a single trip and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of notification. Blackout dates apply, including those specified in these Terms and Conditions. Additional blackout periods may also apply.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible and completed entries using a verifiably random selection process.

7. Entrants must provide their legal name. Any entrant using multiple identities or emails will be disqualified. Only one entry per person is allowed.

8. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and may request the winner’s consent to provide a short testimonial and/or images for promotional purposes. Provision of such testimonial or images is not a condition of entry or receipt of the prize.

9. Entries made on behalf of another person or submitted in bulk will not be accepted. Syndicated entries are not permitted.

10. All travel must be booked via the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority. The winner must contact sltainfo@stluciauk.org to coordinate prize arrangements.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. It cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

12. Travel to and from the UK airport (London Gatwick), travel insurance, meals (outside of the all-inclusive plan), personal spending, and other incidentals are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.

13. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences:

• This prize is valid only for the accommodation, package or value specified above.

• Advance reservations are required and all bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation made directly through the Windjammer Landing Reservations Department.

• This prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• This prize has no cash value and cannot be refunded in whole or in part.

• This prize may not be combined with any other promotion, offer, package, negotiated rate or discount unless specifically authorised in writing by Windjammer Landing.

• Any unused portion of this prize is forfeited unless otherwise stated.

• The prize is valid only for new reservations and cannot be applied to existing bookings.

• The prize validity dates cannot be extended unless approved by Windjammer Landing Management.

• This prize is not valid for stays during the following periods: Festive Season: December 20 – January 3, Peak Winter Season: January 4 – March 31, Easter Period: Seven (7) days prior to Easter Sunday through Easter Monday, U.S. Thanksgiving Period: From the Saturday preceding Thanksgiving Day through the Sunday following Thanksgiving Day and any additional blackout dates designated by Windjammer Landing based on forecasted demand or operational requirements.

14. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of all relevant suppliers involved and Arsenal match tickets included within the prize are issued by Arsenal Football Club and are subject to Arsenal Football Club’s applicable ticket terms and conditions (available at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-mens). Use of a ticket to enter Emirates Stadium constitutes acceptance of Arsenal’s applicable ticketing terms and conditions and stadium entry requirements.

15. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable travel requirements, including holding valid passports and obtaining any necessary visas, vaccinations or other required documentation. The winner and their guest are responsible for checking the entry requirements applicable to their nationality and circumstances before travelling.

16. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences do not accept responsibility for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition or use of the prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being notified, an alternate winner may be selected.

18. Should the Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences property become unavailable for any reason, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right, where reasonably practicable, to provide alternative accommodation of equivalent value.

19. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid passport and major credit card. A pre-authorisation of approximately US$350 will be taken for incidentals and released at checkout subject to any charges.

20. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to cancel or amend this competition and these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where practicable, any material changes will be communicated to entrants through the competition webpage.

21. The winner agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The competition is administered and managed by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, which will act as the promoter of the competition and the point of contact for prize fulfilment.

22. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority will collect and process entrants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the competition, selecting the winner, contacting the winner and fulfilling the Prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority’s privacy policy, which is available at https://stlucia.org/en_uk/privacy-policy/. Personal data may be shared with relevant prize providers and fulfilment partners where necessary to administer the competition and deliver the prize.

Rules, Liabilities & Jurisdiction

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

2. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition or use of the prize.

3. This prize draw is administered and run by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Arsenal. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) shall not have any liability to you in connection with the prize draw.

4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. The courts of Saint Lucia shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with the competition.
